The students are on quite a journey in Agriculture…so saddle up! ✨🐴 In Ms. Hughes class, students presented their horse anatomy diagrams, explained the organs, and taught each other  how each part helps a horse stay healthy. No horsing around over here, students are just learning from the inside out!

📚✨ Ms. Taylor’s class had an exciting and engaging day as students completed their choice-board activities on the Rise and Fall of the Sudanic Kingdoms! To help deepen their understanding of African history, students were given the chance to demonstrate their learning in a creative format of their choice. Their options included: 🎵 Writing a song 📝 Designing a poster 🎭 Acting out a role-play scene 📅 Building a timeline of major events 🗺️ Creating detailed maps of the empires Through these activities, students explored the powerful West African kingdoms of Ghana, Mali, and Songhai, examining how each rose to greatness through trade, leadership, and cultural achievements—and what factors led to their decline. The room was full of creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking as students worked independently and in groups to bring history to life. Ms. Taylor’s class did an outstanding job showing mastery, effort, and enthusiasm throughout the lesson. 💙💛 Great work, students! Keep up the dedication and curiosity!

✨ Today in AFJROTC, our cadets focused on understanding the importance of maintaining a positive attitude—both in the classroom and in uniform. In AFJROTC, attitude is more than just how you feel in the moment. It reflects your discipline, your respect for others, and your commitment to excellence. A positive attitude shows leadership, responsibility, and pride in both yourself and your unit. When cadets bring positivity into the room, it sets the tone for teamwork, motivation, and success. Cadets learned that a positive attitude includes coming prepared, staying focused, respecting instructors and peers, and giving full effort even when tasks are challenging. It means showing resilience, being willing to learn, and helping others without being asked. These habits not only make the flight stronger but also help build future leaders with integrity and confidence. On the other hand, we discussed how a negative attitude—such as complaining, refusing to participate, talking back, or showing disrespect—can impact the entire team. Negative behaviors lower morale, create distractions, and prevent progress. In AFJROTC, professionalism matters, and cadets are expected to carry themselves with pride, discipline, and respect at all times. Understanding the difference between positive and negative attitudes helps our cadets grow not just as students, but as young leaders preparing for their future. Every day is an opportunity to lead by example, represent the Corps with honor, and build the character needed to succeed in school, in service, and in life. 💙💛 Great job to all cadets who participated today. Keep pushing forward and continue striving for excellence in everything you do!

As part of the process, students created detailed questionnaires to gather both quantitative and qualitative data. This hands-on experience allows students to think like real entrepreneurs as they assess whether their products are viable and capable of generating profit. We are proud to see them building critical skills in research, marketing, and financial decision-making! Great job, students! 🚀📚

🌟 Our 3rd-Level Students Showed OUT Today! 🌟 Today our amazing 3rd-level students wrapped up their project on Infection Control & Breaking the Chain of Infection — and they absolutely crushed it! 💪🏽🧼🦠 From hand-washing demonstrations to explaining how germs spread and how we can stop them, they took real ownership of their learning. It’s so good seeing young people understand how to protect themselves and their community. They didn’t just make posters… they taught lessons, created models, and showed us how simple habits can prevent big problems. 👏🏽 Huge shoutout to our students for their creativity, teamwork, and strong presentation skills! 👏🏽 Proud is an understatement! 🧴✨ Healthy habits start young — and they’re already leading the way. ✨🧴

🧬✨ Mrs. Sanders’ Biology Class in Action! ✨🧬 Today our students took their learning to the next level by creating hands-on models of Mitosis. From prophase to cytokinesis, they broke down each stage and turned complex science into something they could see, touch, and explain with confidence. Watching them collaborate, get creative, and really understand how cells divide was such a proud moment. These are the kinds of lessons that stick with students long after the class bell rings! 💙📚 Amazing work, scholars — keep shining! 🌟
