Wilkinson County Schools is proud to celebrate three outstanding educators who have successfully completed the Georgia Teacher Academy for Preparation and Pedagogy (GaTAPP) program.

During the recent Oconee RESA GaTAPP Completion Ceremony, Mr. Christopher Whipple, Mrs. Sharon Little, and Mr. Cameron Nicely were recognized for earning their teacher certification after successfully completing the rigorous program.

The GaTAPP program provides an alternative pathway to teacher certification while participants serve in the classroom, requiring educators to balance coursework, professional development, and daily teaching responsibilities. Completing the program is a significant accomplishment that reflects dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.

Wilkinson County Schools is grateful for educators like Mr. Whipple, Mrs. Little, and Mr. Nicely, who have chosen to invest in both their profession and the success of our students.
