Wilkinson County Schools recently welcomed its newest employees during the district's 2026 New Employee Orientation and Onboarding. The event provided an opportunity for new team members to learn about the district, connect with colleagues, and prepare for a successful start to the school year.

Throughout the orientation, representatives from the district office, school leadership, and various departments shared important information about district procedures, available resources, employee expectations, and the support systems in place to help new staff members thrive.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our district office staff, administrators, and presenters who helped make the day both informative and welcoming. Their willingness to share their knowledge and experiences reflects the collaborative culture that defines Wilkinson County Schools.

Our newest employees bring a wealth of experience, fresh perspectives, and a shared commitment to serving our students and families. Whether working in classrooms, offices, support services, transportation, nutrition, or other essential roles, each new team member plays an important part in helping our students succeed.
