Class of 2025 Grad Rate

Wilkinson County Schools is proud to announce a 94.5% cohort graduation rate for the Class of 2025. This milestone reflects the hard work and determination of our students, the commitment of our educators, and the continued partnership of families and the community.

This accomplishment stands well above the state’s record-setting four-year graduation rate of 87.2%, recently reported by the Georgia Department of Education. While the state celebrates this new benchmark, Wilkinson County’s rate demonstrates the district’s dedication to ensuring every student is given the time, resources, and opportunities needed to graduate fully prepared for the next stage of life.

The cohort rate highlights the effectiveness of support systems designed to help students who may need additional time to complete their studies. These supports include interventions, credit recovery, and wraparound services that provide academic and personal encouragement throughout each student’s journey.

The achievement aligns with Wilkinson County Schools’ mission to expand opportunities, empower students, and excel together. By emphasizing both academic preparation and whole-child support, the district ensures that graduates are equipped for success in college, career, and life.

Moving forward, Wilkinson County Schools will continue to build on this momentum by strengthening early support systems, broadening academic pathways such as dual enrollment, and working closely with families and community partners to sustain growth in graduation outcomes.

Together, these efforts affirm the district’s vision of preparing every Warrior to rise, lead, and succeed.
