Wilkinson County Schools is excited to announce the upcoming launch of the Warrior Wellness Center, a school-based health center scheduled to open in October 2025. This new initiative will expand access to essential health services for students, families, and staff—right on campus.
In partnership with Community Health Care Systems, the Warrior Wellness Center will provide:
General Health and Primary Care
Mental and Behavioral Health Services
Vision Screenings and Care
Vaccinations and Immunizations
As the district’s official medical sponsor, Community Health Care Systems will staff the center with experienced healthcare professionals who understand the unique needs of school-aged children and adolescents.
The Warrior Wellness Center is designed to remove barriers to care and support the overall well-being of our students. By offering health services during the school day, students can stay healthy, stay in class, and stay on track.
Services will be available to all enrolled students with completed consent forms, and families will have opportunities to connect with providers for referrals and support.
A community-wide grand opening event is planned for the Fall of 2025. Additional information about hours, enrollment, and services will be shared in the coming months.
