WCHS AFJROTC recognized by Superintendent Angela James at October's Board Meeting

At the October board meeting, the Wilkinson County School Board and Superintendent Dr. Angela James proudly recognized AFJROTC cadets Rashaun Shinholster, Preston Kennedy, and Cole Bonner for their remarkable achievement of completing the Air Force Marathon. The marathon, held at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, is a prestigious event that challenges participants to push their physical and mental limits.

The cadets displayed extraordinary determination and resilience in representing Wilkinson County Schools on a national stage. Their accomplishment is not only a testament to their individual perseverance but also highlights the strength of the AFJROTC program in preparing young leaders.
