Wilco STREAM Academy
A 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program
Wilco STREAM Academy is Wilkinson County Schools’ 21st Century afterschool and summer enrichment program. Designed for students in grades K–12, the program combines academics, enrichment, and recreation in a safe and supportive environment. STREAM stands for Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Math, and each week is filled with engaging opportunities for students to explore, create, and grow.
Our mission is to provide high-quality, hands-on learning experiences that spark curiosity, build academic success, and equip students with the skills they need to thrive in school and life.

Daily homework help and tutoring ensure students stay on track while developing strong literacy and math skills.
Exploration & Creativity
From robotics and STEM challenges to music, art, and drama, students discover new talents and passions.

Through Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), students learn teamwork, decision-making, character development, and goal setting.
Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds
Recreation, sports, and mindfulness activities keep students active and balanced.
Safe, Supportive Environment
Families can feel confident knowing their children are cared for by experienced staff in a structured, positive space.
Enrollment Information
Wilco STREAM Academy is open to all students in Wilkinson County Schools. Spaces are limited to ensure quality programming.
Grades: K–12
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:15–6:30 PM
Location: Wilkinson County Schools campuses
Cost: Free to all participating families (funded through the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant).
