Ms. Hill connects with students, families, and staff to identify and remove obstacles—academic, social, or emotional. Her work includes:
One-on-one & small-group student support
Mentoring and goal-setting
Referrals to food, counseling, tutoring, and other community resources
Attendance, behavior, and academic monitoring
Hosting family engagement events and outreach
Empowering students. Strengthening communities.
